1). Go to Blogger.Com
2). Click on Signin Button on Blogger Page
Click Sign in. In the upper right corner of the window. Enter your Google username and password.
If you do not have a Google Account, click Create your blog. This will take you to the screen where you can create an account to use with Blogger.
Select profile type. Click Create a Google+ profile to create accounts to use in all Google features. If you want to use a limited Profile , click Create a limited blogger profile.
3). Enter Display name and Click on Continue to the Blog
The display name is that your readers will know you.
4). after click on continue to blog ( Click on Create a New Blog )
5). Enter Title and Web address of your blog
Write a URL for your blog. If this is not available, try other variations on the name you want to use, but do not use symbols like hyphens, nurses, colones.
6). Choose a starter template. This is the basic design and layout of your blog and
Start a blog.
7). After Selecting a template Click on Create Blog
8). After click on create blog (Your blog will be created )
