To get a custom URL for your channel, your account needs to meet these requirements:

1)  Youtube Channel must have 100 or more Subscribers

2)   Youtube Channel  is  atleast   OLDER  then 1 Month

3)    Youtube Channel   must uploaded  a Channel Icon

4)    Youtube Channel  ART  is Uploaded



Some simple Steps you  need to do on your youtube Channel for Custom URL

Step 1..
Sign in to YouTube and click on the top right side on  your photo. Then click "YouTube Settings".

Step 2..
Click on "Advanced."

Step 3..
 click on "Create Custom URL".

Step 4..
Select your URL and click "Create channel URL".

Then you should find a message below that you have successfully created your Custom Channel URL.
