How to create a Professional Google ( Gmail ) account 2018* / 2019*

Gmail is a web-based email account provider that owns Google.

You will need:

Internet access to your computer and a web browser installed computer
Follow these steps to create a Gmail account.

Step 1: Go to Google

Open your Internet browser and go to the Google homepage: http://www.google.com and then click Gmail on the top corner of the page.

Step 2: Create an account

Now you will in the 'Sign In' section. As you do not have a Google Account, you have to create one. Click Create an Account.

Step 3: Set up

To set up your new account, Google needs your information Such as  , your first and last name. Choosing 'Your Username' is a unique email address you want to use, which will be placed before '@ gmail.com'. Because it needs to be unique, Google has to check the availability of any name that decides to ensure that no one has already been. Type an email name in the 'Your username' box and then fill out the rest of your information.

If the email address you requested is not available, you will receive a message that already has its username and you have an alternative offer. You can decide to make an alternative or type in another name and check its availability once. You have to complete some other boxes again. You have to do this a few times. Once you finalize your email address, then it is a good idea to make a note so that you should remember it unless you miss it.

You will need to come up with a password so that you can log in to your account safely. Google can explain that you should try an effort to keep at least 8 characters long. Use letters and numbers to create a password and to guess more difficult. You can add an existing email address to keep your new email safe.

Step 4: Verification

In order to get to the next step, you will need to accept Google's privacy and first terms, once you've read,  click on I Agree.

Google will ask you to verify your account through text or voice call, select the option you want and click Continue.

If you choose a text message option, you'll get a new window where you have to enter the code that has sent Google to your mobile number. Continue and select the ones you have created your Gmail account.

Step 5: Google Mail Dashboard

You will automatically be redirected to the Gmail dashboard and you are ready to use Gmail when you have read all the information. You will be able to view your inbox on the left side, mail and trash will be sent, you will also be able to create emails from this list.

Step 6: Making profile photo

You have now set up your account. You can go and start your own inbox directly, or you can set a picture to show as your profile picture. Click to click on your profile picture

On the top right corner of the page, click on the profile icon and change.

After that, you can upload an image saved to your computer. Once you're happy with the photo you've chosen, then set as profile picture. You can change it at any time by going back to your profile photo settings.

Step 7: Complete your setup

You can complete your Google Mail setup by clicking the resources on the dashboard.

Now your gmail account is successfully.
